Solomon Schechter School of Greater Hartford hosts an annual gala each spring. Samari Studios was involved with the look-and-feel of the event from start to finish including save the date postcard, invitation with response card and envelopes, 20×30 poster, event signage including 20×30 posters for lists of honorees and sponsors, 8-page program, series of digital ads for Jewish Ledger, posts for Facebook and Instagram, custom forms for in-person ticket sales and livestream access created in fundraising platform Mobilecause including live thermometer for in-person and livestreamed event, 4-minute pre-show animation with scrolling sponsor list and spotlights for honorees to be played at live event and streaming, custom printed stickers for chocolate favors, check-in table signage, etc. Coordinated all aspects including researching, preparing, and ordering with various vendors and printers for client for several pieces.
